“The PS5 will be available at Php 27,990 on December 11, 2020!” revealed the official Facebook page of PlayStation Asia at around noon today (Wednesday), November 11, 2020.

Many have shown excitement about this announcement, but what is it really all about?

On a blog post, Sony Interactive Entertainment Singapore Private Limited (SIES) announced that the PlayStation5 (PS5) will be launched in the Philippines on December 11, 2020.

And just as PlayStation Asia revealed, PS5 with an Ultra HD Blu-ray disc drive will be available for an SRP of Php 27,990.
