The global leader in CRM, Salesforce, will be acquiring the most innovative enterprise communications platform, Slack! Salesforce and Slack Technologies, Inc. announced this big news today, December 2, 2020.

Many people use Slack to collaborate and communicate. Furthermore, its open platform integrates with over two thousand apps that helps its users to get their work done.

One of the biggest challenges companies face today is connecting people and data across systems, apps and devices, and that’s where the Salesforce platform comes in the picture.
