What is Google’s Nest Hub Max?
According to Google, Nest Hub Max with the Google Assistant helps busy families stay in touch and on track. And, here are some of the things users can do using Nest Hub Max:
- Leave video messages and make video calls.
- Check-in on home when you’re away with the built-in Nest Cam.
- Share reminders and to-dos.
- Everyone sees their own calendar, commute, and more with just a glance.
- Enjoy Google Photos, YouTube TV, videos, and music on the 10-inch HD screen with stereo speakers.
To host calls through Zoom on Nest Hub Max, users need to link their Zoom account, whether free or paid, to their Google account beforehand according to Google. Then, to host users need to add the invite to their Google Calendar for their guest.
And, it was stated on the blog post that to use the Hub Max to open Zoom, Google Meet, or Duo to join the next video call on the user’s Google Calendar just say “Hey Google, join my next meeting” and to start a Zoom Call just say, “Hey Google, start a Zoom call.”
Here are other ways on how to start a video call on Nest Hub Max:
