Fujifilm Corporation, on January 27, 2021, officially introduced a new mirrorless digital camera, the FUJIFILM GFX100S, which according to Fujifilm President Kenji Sukeno, is set to be released in late February 2021.
“The GFX100S is a mirrorless digital camera that uses the world’s highest 102MP large format sensor,” stated the Fujifilm on their press release. It was also said that the FUJIFILM GFX100S features a unique color reproduction technology enabling it to deliver superior image quality.
This mirrorless digital camera sports a compact body that weighs just 900g. It lets its users produce images of ultra-high resolution hand-held with its up to 6.0-stops of five-axis in-body image stabilization (IBIS) mechanism.
Moreover, the FUJIFILM GFX100S has the ability to attain focus on a subject quickly and accurately. It is also dust and weather resistant, and boasts the capability to operate at temperatures as low as -10?. What more is that, it is as well capable of recording smooth 4K/30P video in rich tonality.
