Vivo launched their new smartphone the Vivo V5 Plus yesterday, January 21,2017. After several speculations on what the Vivo V5 Plus specs will be, it was finally revealed yesterday in the Philippines!
Dubbed as the “Perfect Selfie” smartphone, the Vivo V5 Plus features a 20 megapixels and 8 megapixels dual front camera. According to their product specifications, the Vivo V5 Plus’ dual camera gives it the ability to take photos on bokeh mode. This is because the dual camera captures the depth of field information that allows the Vivo V5 Plus to process a bokeh image. The Back camera on the other hand is equally powerful with its 16 megapixels and f/2.0 aperture.

The powerful front cameras and the back camera of the Vivo V5 Plus was co-engineered with Sony, and as we all know Sony is one of the pioneers when it comes to developing camera and lenses. The Vivo V5 Plus is equipped with the Sony IMX376 Image sensors with a 1/2.78″ Sensor Size, f/2.0 aperture and a 5P Lens system.
Vivo V5 Plus Processing Power
To complement all the image capturing capability of the Vivo V5 Plus it is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 2.0GHz Octa-core processor, a 4 GB RAM and 64 GB Storage. The operating system is the Funtouch OS 3.0 which is based on Android 6.0.
