Are you a wizard or are you a gamer? Why choose to play just one role if you can be both? That’s right, you can soon be able to cast magic using your brand new PlayStation 5 (PS5) with the new game Hogwarts Legacy.

Hogwarts Legacy a new story set at Hogwarts in the 1800s, more than a century before Harry Potter’s arrival. As announced by Warner Bros. on Wednesday, as part of Sony’s PlayStation 5 price reveal live stream event, Hogwarts Legacy is an open world game which will be releasing next year across all major platforms.

In this game, your character is a student who can make allies, battle Dark wizards, and decide the fate of the wizarding world.

Here are some of the magical details about the game:

With innovative high definition graphics, a player can practically feel the terror of Inferi bearing down upon them, sense the ground rumbling beneath them as a herd of angry centaurs surrounds them.
