The much-awaited “Diablo IV” from Blizzard Entertainment is set to officially launch on June 6th. DLSS 3 and NVIDIA Reflex are advanced technologies that help make your gaming experience smoother and more responsive. In simple terms, DLSS 3 helps make the game run faster and look better on high-end GeForce RTX 40 Series graphics cards, even when you’re playing the game with all the graphics settings turned up to the max. To give you an idea, with DLSS 3, the game can run at up to 229 frames per second (FPS) on the GeForce RTX 4090 graphics card, which is more than double the performance without it.
Similarly, at a slightly lower resolution, DLSS 3 helps the GeForce RTX 4070 graphics card run “Diablo IV” at over 170 frames per second, which means the game will be super smooth. The highest frame rates can reach up to 335 FPS on the GeForce RTX 4090. Even at a lower resolution, all the GeForce RTX 40 Series graphics cards can run the game at over 200 FPS, which means the game will be extremely smooth and enjoyable.
And the good news isn’t just for those playing on desktop computers; those gaming on laptops with GeForce RTX 40 Series graphics cards also get a boost. With DLSS 3, all laptop graphics cards can run “Diablo IV” at over 80 FPS at a certain resolution, and at a lower resolution, all laptop graphics cards can run the game at over 120 FPS. In fact, the GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop graphics card can run the game at a whopping 280 FPS.
In addition to DLSS 3, “Diablo IV” also supports NVIDIA Reflex, a feature that makes the game more responsive. This means that when you press a button or click your mouse, the game responds faster, giving you an edge in gameplay. NVIDIA Reflex is a popular feature and is used in many games, reducing the time it takes for the game to respond by up to 67% in “Diablo IV”.
