It seems that ASUS is going head to head with the current leader in midrange smartphones in India, Xiaomi. This, after the launch of the new Zenfone Max Pro M1 which has specs and price points that will rival Xiaomi. The ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 was a result of an extensive research and survey done to about 2,000 consumers in India, this, according to Engadget.

The ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 entry to Flipkart
We all know that Xiaomi was able to command a lower price for their products because their medium for selling is highly dependent on e-commerce sites and in India, Xiaomi’s selling process is done through Flipkart. This may soon end as ASUS also announced that their Zenfone Max Pro M1 will also be available via Flipkart.
The ASUS Zenfone Max Pro M1 is said to be available via Flipkart on May 3. No announcement yet as to it’s launch in the Philippines.
